Laughing at myself

For those who know me it is very rare that I will laugh at myself! For awhile I have been wanting to make a beret style hat for myself. Having made multiple hats last year for Christmas, I thought I could do this without a pattern. Happily done I placed the hat on my head in front of my husband! His face went red from laughing so hard. Thinking that he wasn’t being fashion forward I ran to the bathroom to check out my new creation! It looked like a giant blueberry tumor on the top of my head. I am resigned to turn it into a purse and stop ignoring my patterns. For your viewing pleasure, I present the blueberry!
